Happy Thanksgiving!

Here are some pictures of my lil guy on Turkey Day! The whole day all I kept saying was "I want a family picture" a picture of me, CJ, & Carter together! Well, with all the family that came to visit and the chaos that is Thanksgiving, I didnt end up getting a family shot! Oh well! I still got some cute pictures of my handsome baby boy :)

Today CJ & I made a promise, along with our families, to raise Carter in a God loving home! Pastor Tim Bean performed the dedication and he also married CJ & I at our wedding in September. It was a very special day and we are so happy that we got to share it with everyone:)

Carter was such a good boy too! He fussed only for a minute in the begining, but then was fine and mommy held him while Pastor Tim spoke! At the end all of the dedication our family, friends, and church family stood & also promised to help in teaching Carter about God as he grows up! We recieved a Certificate from the Church, signed by Tim that CJ & I also signed! We took some really nice pictures with my camera, here they are!! CJ's cousin Greg also took some really good pictures with his NICE camera and we are waiting to get the CD in the mail. Im sure I will put some of the ones he took on here later. OH, by the way.....Carter is 6 months and 2 days old in these pictures! He is growing up SO fast!

This was Carter's first time trying sweet potatoes! Look at that face! Doesnt look like he enjoyed them the first time around, but now he loves them and eats them all the time at day care and at home with mommy! What a priceless picture though ;)

First bath with no seat!!

Okay, now I take pictures ALL the time, but for some reason I cannot find any of Carter's first Bath or his first time in the sink with out his baby bath seat :( Im sure I must have saved them on a CD or Grammy D has them on one of her disks, but for now these are some pictures of lil man in the sink, with out his bath seat, me holding him of course! Soon after these pictures were taken a good friend of Carl & Denise let us have they're daughter's old bath seat (the kind with the suction cups underneath. We looked for a while but could not find one for Carter! And of course, again, I never leave him alone in the bath, not even in his seat!!! Anyway, here is my handsome 5 month old :)

First Day of School :)

This was Carter's first day at CDC school at Indian Head Base! It was still dark outside when him and Grammy D left that morning (5:30 am) and he had a look on his face like "where are we going mom?" but he did SO good at daycare his first day and always wakes up with a smile on his face!

Jumperoo

We got a Jumperoo at my babyshower and these are some pictures of Carter's first time in it! He didnt really know how to bounce yet, but really likes sitting in it and looking around! Now he is an expert at it and i am sure i will have many more pictures to put up later of him jumping away :)
