Today was the Kidney Walk in Richmond VA & Team Ryder was awesome!! Thank you to Alan & Brandy for inviting us to be a part of the ‘Team’ ;) We had so much fun!! It feels good knowing your contributing to a good cause! We decided to do the 3 mile walk & it couldn’t have been a more beautiful day to be outside! It was so nice out-almost 80 degrees which is unheard of for November. But, hey..I’m not complaining one bit! Carter did really well in his stroller-I was surprised because I really thought he would want “out” the whole time! However, he did throw his binki out of the stroller at some point during the walk, so lets just say the ride home was a little less than pleasant!! Tara & Blake were soo very kind as to let us have one of Kaiden’s binki’s since he never uses them and they have the same kind we use. Carter will not use any other kind but the kind from the hospital! I know, I know..he is very particular!! CJ & I were just going to say “that’s it! no more binki!” but, tomorrow Carter is getting his tubes in and I know he is going to want it!! That and his blanket are his favorite things. By the way, wish us luck tomorrow! I’m a little nervous!! okay, enough chit chat…haha Here are the pictures:
