Well, there have been lots & lots of changes taking place around here lately! For starter’s, CJ and Carl pretty much demolished the yard last week in a little project they were doing. We didn’t have water for a couple hours and Carter decided that would be the perfect time to play in the mud!
Another change….we finally got a comforter set for Carter’s big boy bed!
He loved it :)
Saturday came and it was time for another BIG change…Makenzie’s 4th birthday party! Carter and Mikayla played really well together that day too :)
Sweet Owen… For some reason he was scared of Carter?! Maybe it was because he was walking around with a stick?? lol

All sweaty and red from the heat! It was 103 degrees that day! sheesh.
And last but not least, I changed my hair! Its a HUGE change for me. I’m still on the fence on whether I love it or hate it LOL. I guess I have to get used to it. 8 inches pooof, gone!
Okay, now, here is the BIGGEST of all news that I have to share! Yesterday at daycare Carter pee’d in the potty for the first time EVER! His teacher (Ms. Sylvia) said that after they changed his diaper, he walked over to the potty, took his pants and diaper off, and went all by himself….and standing up at that!!! Most kids, boys and girls, learn to go sitting down at first. Well, not him :) I am SO very happy right now because this is a big step for him!!!
Ahh…so lots of changes, like I said! I think I pretty much covered everything thus far. Until next week ;)
